Promoting literacy is always a priority at Blaine Elementary, however, last week was very special. In celebration of Read Across America week, our students participated in activities that encourage reading. Students were part of a week of Seuss-tastical daily themes all leading up to Friday’s big Career Day reveal.

 

Our halls were filled with future doctors, nurses, police officers, veterinarians, teachers, principals, and even a president - just to name a few. Students took turns telling their classmates and friends their careers.
