The LC Health Department is a great community partner, that provides the Smile Saver program throughout LC Schools. Be sure to send in student forms, so your child can participate in this excellent program!

LC Schools held its Opening Day Breakfast at the LCHS, where the staff enjoyed a traditional breakfast with all the fixings! It was a great time to meet and mingle with staff throughout the district. It is always a great way to start off the school year!

A huge thank you to the entire team at the First Baptist Church of Trussville, Alabama for the generous donations to our school. Our teachers were blessed with special items from their wishlist, as well as an abundance of supplies for students🧡

If your child needs vaccinations for the 2023-2024 school year, the Lawrence County Health Department will be providing a Walk-In Vaccine Clinic on Tue, Aug 8, 2023, from 8:00 AM- 4 PM. Remember school begins on Wed, Aug 9th!

BES held its Readifest and Meet the Teacher on Mon, July 31, 2023! The day was a great success thanks to the community partners that participated in the event! Students were excited to see each other and get school supplies for the new school year.

LC Schools held their Principal Retreat at the LC Park Conference Center near Yatesville Lake! The leadership group participated in a book study, reviewed policies and procedures, and discussed other important information.
