LC Elementary Schools will celebrate Red Ribbon Week from Monday, October 28th, through Friday, November 1st! Blaine Elementary, Fallsburg Elementary, Louisa East, and Louisa West have weekly dress-up days. Check out their activities planned throughout next week!

Congratulations to Blaine Middle School for becoming one of LC School's three KSA green-rated schools for the 2023-2024 school year! Mr. Jennings, BES principal, discussed the teachers' and students' efforts and determination to accomplish this fantastic goal. The school recently celebrated with a green party for its students. The Louisa Fire Department will host an open house at the Louisa Community Center on Pike St. on Oct 12th from 12:00-4:00 PM. Health screenings, fire engine rides, inflatables, fire safety instructions, and food trucks will be on-site! Visit and enjoy the fun!

LC Schools are partnering with KEDC to collect donations for the families and communities affected by Hurricane Helene. Items may be dropped off at any of our schools' Family Resource & Youth Service Centers. Let's help others who have lost so much!

LC Schools sends their well wishes to our student, Gunner Stepp, a 5th-grade student from Blaine Elementary, who recently had a life-saving liver transplant. We invite the community to send Gunner get-well mail as he continues to heal at Cincinnati Children's Hospital!

Blaine Elementary School hosted its annual Grandparent's Day celebration! Mrs. Tina Bevins, the FRYSC coordinator, planned the festive event! Attendees were served sweet baked goods and iced coffees. The LCPL supplied the picture frame craft activities!
