Today is Custodial Appreciation Day! We are fortunate to have some of the most dedicated individuals working tirelessly to maintain our facilities and grounds in excellent condition. Due to projected weather for tomorrow, our 2nd grade field trip has been rescheduled.

The regularly scheduled 6 PM Lawrence County board meeting for this evening will begin as soon as possible. We have been under a tornado warning. We will go live on our LC YouTube channel as normal once the meeting begins. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Lawrence County Schools at the 2026 KAAC Conference

Lawrence County Schools had a strong presence at the 2026 Kentucky Association for Academic Competition (KAAC) Conference held last week in Louisville, KY! We thank our dedicated teachers for their commitment to our academic teams throughout the district. These efforts enable our students to showcase their academic achievements!

Lawrence County Schools will compete with other school districts across the state, for the opportunity to achieve some of the high attendance numbers! This event highlights the importance of regular school attendance! We can't wait to see you tomorrow! Remember! Attendance Matters!

Louisa East Elementary School- Grandparents' Day Celebration on Tuesday, September 9th

Louisa East will be honoring Grandparents' Day! We encourage all grandparents to join us in celebrating this special occasion alongside our students!
