The LC Portrait of a Graduate is a visual representation of the LC Schools and community’s vision for skills, character, and social-emotional traits that students need in school, careers, and life. It was developed by a committee of community members, business leaders, parents, and school personnel. It is based on the results of interviews conducted with both adults and students about the skills they felt a graduate truly needs. It includes the 4 R’s currently used in classrooms across LC (respectful, responsible, ready, and relationships).
