The LC Portrait of a Graduate is a visual representation of the LC Schools and community’s vision for skills, character, and social-emotional traits that students need in school, careers, and life. It was developed by a committee of community members, business leaders, parents, and school personnel. It is based on the results of interviews conducted with both adults and students about the skills they felt a graduate truly needs. It includes the 4 R’s currently used in classrooms across LC (respectful, responsible, ready, and relationships). Attention! The 15th Regional Girls' Tournament game schedule has changed due to the impending weather forecast for this evening! LCHS girls will now play on Saturday at 3:30 PM. The girls' final tournament game will now be held on Sunday at 3:00 PM. #AllinLC @All_in_LC

The LCHS Pre-Nursing Program would like to that all of those who volunteered to donate blood to the Kentucky Blood Bank! It was a great success with forty-seven donors and thirty-six usable units! Remember, blood donation helps to save lives! #AllinLC

Louisa West and Fallsburg Elementary Schools celebrated Dr. Seuss's Birthday on Thursday, March 2, 2023! LCHS students were invited to come in and read Dr. Seuss's many books to the excited elementary students! It was a fantastic morning for everyone! #AllinLC @All_in_LC

LC Elementary Schools have been celebrating Read Across America this week! Today we are also celebrating Dr. Seuss's Birthday! Fun Fact! Dr. Seuss credited his mother for a lot of his rhymes! #AllinLC @All_in_LC

Good Luck to the Girls & Boys LCHS Basketball Teams at the 15th Regional Basketball Tournament! It will be held Tue, Feb 28- Mar 6, 2023, at the Appalachian Wireless Arena in Pikeville, KY. Go Bulldogs! #AllinLC @All_in_LC

Congratulations to the LCHS Cheerleaders & the LCHS Girls and Boys Basketball teams on their sweep of the 58th District! This was an incredible year! Good luck at the regional tournament! #AllinLC @All_in_LC

Come out and support the LC Baseball & Softball teams on Mar 5, 2023, from 11 AM- 2 PM at the Lawrence County Extension Office. The teams will be providing a spaghetti dinner, with salad, garlic bread, dessert, and a drink for $10 per person. #AllinLC @All_in_LC

LCHS Carpentry Class finished the construction on the LC Baseball storage building! Mr. Bradshaw and his students completed the building by adding metal sheeting to the roof and the structure's walls. They did an excellent job on this project! #AllinLC @All_in_LC

The LCHS FFA attended the Lawrence County Fiscal Court meeting on Tue, Feb 21, 2023. Lawrence County Judge Executive, Phillip Carter, signed a proclamation acknowledging the week of Feb 18-25, 2023 as National FFA Week! #AllinLC @All_in_LC
