The LC FFA and 4H programs held their 2023 LC Fair Livestock Dinner in celebration of the students, who participated in the event! Each year, the livestock competition grows! Congratulations to the LC students, who produced amazing livestock this year!

Students needing additional support in the following subjects can attend ESS beginning this week. Students are responsible for their own transportation for after school sessions.
The LCHS Choir has been invited to perform for the official opening of Septemberfest. The students will be performing on the main stage on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 4:00 PM! The students will be performing the selection "My Old Kentucky Home."

LCHS students enrolled in dual credit courses, including College English, Problem-Solving, and/or College Algebra toured Morehead State University's campus on Wednesday, August 28, 2023! The group received their MSU identification cards and enjoyed lunch.

The Dataseam apprenticeship program is now open for juniors! This is a paid, 2-year apprenticeship (junior/senior years) working with the LC Schools Technology Department. Students will gain real-world, work experience! This is an amazing opportunity!

The LCHS HOSA hosted a blood drive through the KY Blood Center. Thank you to all of the LCHS students and staff, who participated in the event. The drive ended with 37 usable units of blood! Remember, donating blood saves lives!
