Tryouts will begin this Saturday March 6th at Louisa Middle School. Please arrive at your specified time below. Masks are required upon entry. Please maintain social distancing while on school premises. We ask that once your child has competed tryout, please exit the facility. Once tryouts are complete, your child will be drafted to a team and then contacted by a head coach. TBALL PLAYERS DO NOT TRYOUT. They will be placed on a team by head coaches and then contacted.
Major/minor baseball:
12 pm-> 9 year olds
12:30 pm-> 10 year olds
1 pm-> 11 year olds
1:30 pm-> 12 year olds
Softball:
2 pm-> 7-8 year olds
2:30 pm-> 9 year olds
3 pm-> 10 year olds
3:30 pm-> 11-12 year olds
Rookie League:
4 pm-> 6 year olds
4:30 pm-> 7 year olds
5 pm-> 8 year olds
LC Schools will remain in "at home" learning for the remainder of this week. (Thursday, March 4th and Friday, March 5th).
All Option 1: All In @ School students will attend 5 days a week (in-person), beginning Monday, March 8th.

The Lawrence County food service team will be feeding all children, under the age of 18, at all 6 schools until 12:30 PM today.
Three days of meals will be available.

🗺 The Tug and Levisa Forks are bringing the flood waters from the south into LC. (The confluence of the two occur at Louisa to form the Big Sandy.)

Walgreens of Louisa is offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination to all 1B and 1C groups.
Walgreens will be open from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
Online or phone appointments as well as walk-ins are welcome.
Youth soccer in person sign ups Wednesday, March 3rd from 4:30 to 5:30 at practice fields beside No Limit Fitness.

The Lawrence County food services team will be serving food to all children/students (ages 1-18), regardless of whether the student attends an LC School. (Tuesday, March 2)
All 6 schools will be serving food (including Blaine) from 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM on site. #AllinLC

Corps of Engineers do not plan to open the flood gates for the lake until Wednesday.

Lawrence County Babe Ruth baseball and softball will be having their last day for signups at Louisa Middle School on Saturday, Feb.27th from 10am until 2pm. Age groups are 4-6 years old, 6-8 years, and 9-12 years for t-ball and baseball. For softball, there are 8-under, 10-under, and 12-under teams. Again, this will be the final sign up. Look forward to seeing you there.
